Children & Teen Warrior Flow Yoga
With Jo Rees and Julie Havelund-Willett
This Warrior Flow yoga class encourages budding yogis to build and develop their flow using breath work to move dynamically.
Classes are playful and fun with partner work, building confidence, balance and harmony in body and mind. These classes will encourage focus, balance and a sense of calm and mindfulness.
Sessions are suitable for participants under 18 years of age. Parental guidance will be required to complete a short health and safety form before the class. We will do our best to accommodate SEN, medical needs and allergies.
Classes start on Monday 23 October:
2 to 3pm - Children aged 8 to 12
3.15 to 4.15pm - Teens aged 13 to 17
