Class Descriptions


6:20pm - 7:20pm

Dynamic Vinyasa with Jodie

This class offers creative and dynamic sequencing with roots in traditional Ashtanga Yoga. A flowing Vinyasa sequence will make you sweat and get your heart pumping whilst also utilising the breath - this class will enable you to get the most of the asana and get your energy flowing. Offering both modified and advanced poses, this class will allow you to embrace your own practice and provide you with a fully rounded yoga practice leaving you vitalised for the week - suitable for all levels. 

7:30pm - 8:30pm

Yin Yoga with Pia

Helping to relieve muscular tension and improve flexibility, this class offers a soothing and contemplative practice which stretches the connective tissues of the body through a variation of supine and seated postures—helping to increase blood circulation, relieve muscular tension and improve flexibility. Blocks, belts and bolsters are available to support your postures, a great way to end your Monday.  A slow and rejuvenating class - suitable for all levels. Please wear cosy clothing for the most comfortable experience.

7.30am - 8.30am

Dynamic Flow with Charlie

Wake up with an energetic Dynamic Flow class designed to stretch and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Charlie's classes are fun and creative with a strong emphasis on synchronisation with the seasons. All classes will begin with a short meditation and breathing exercise to calm and soften the mind. This dynamic flow combines the fun and playful elements of rocket yoga with the calming and grounding touches of elemental yoga.

Vinyasa Flow with Alix

This mindfully sequenced classes focusses on good alignment, strength building and cultivating a sense of calm. Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are challenging yet uplifting with a sense of playfulness and are open to students of all yoga background experiences and abilities.

6.20pm - 7.20pm

Power Vinyasa Yoga with Stef

Fancy a mindful workout? In this physically-vigorous vinyasa class, you can expect to get your heart-rate up, but with controlled and breath-aligned movements. Whilst the class is accessible to all-level students, it will definitely provide options to students who enjoy a little challenge. Additionally, you can indulge in deep stretches that compliment the vigor, targeting connective tissue and muscle areas in a focused way.

Rocket Yoga with Emily

Rocket is a dynamic Yoga practice which is rooted in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system.

This rebellious and innovative style of Yoga maintains an original spirit of vigour and energy of Ashtanga Vinyasa, but breaks through the boundaries of hierarchy in asana sequencing. It invites practitioner into joyous adventure to meet one’s own true potential discovering one’s strengths and adapting to one’s limits.
