You can now book a class up to 60 days in advance
Don't forget to read our booking terms and conditions below - we have made a few changes, effective from 1 March 2018!
Before you book...
Read our Terms and Conditions below!
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking yourself onto a class. By booking a class or signing up for a membership at For the Core ('we'), you (the client) are confirming that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance via either: our online booking platform, email or telephone. Bookings can also be made in person, at the For the Core studio. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment accurately.
Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us via email, by telephone or in person at the For the Core studio.
All classes are offered by us subject to availability, which is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.
You may cancel your class booking, without charge, up to 12 hours before the start of the intended class. You may cancel your class booking online, via email, by telephone or in person at the For the Core studio.
If you cancel a class less than 12 hours before its commencement, this will be considered a late cancellation. We do not operate a refund policy for late cancellations. Upon a late cancellation, no-show or late arrival (more than 5 minutes late) to a booked class, the credit will be used as if you had attended the class.
From the 1 March 2018, we are making a change to our policies and will be initiating a £5 no-show fee per class. This will only be due when no contact has been made regarding your absence from class. We are initiating this to help reduce the no shows in the studio. As a small studio the impact of no shows is very much felt. With a maximum of 14 per class, no shows means we cannot offer a space for one of our other valued clients to practice.
So to remind you of the class policies - you may change or cancel your booking for a class, without charge, up to 12 hours before the start of the class that you have booked. Any late cancellations within 12 hours of the class will be charged the full class price. An additional £5 per class will be charged for late cancellations if no contact is made before the class start time.
The additional charges will need to be made at the same time as your next class and if you are a Groupon user, the fee will need to be paid before you would be able to book onto another class.
You can change or cancel a class booking online, by phone, e-mail, or in person at the studio. So when next a late meeting comes up or TFL is getting you down, don't forget to drop us a quick email to avoid the no show charges.
Making a change to your booking
You may change your booking for a class, up to 12 hours before the intended class. You may reschedule your class booking online, via email, by telephone or in person at the For the Core studio.
If we cancel your booking
In the event we cancel a class that you have booked, we will notify you by email or telephone. At the time of cancellation, we will offer you one of the following options:
1. Re-crediting your For the Core account with the price of the cancelled class.
2. Rescheduling you onto a class at an alternative date and time.
3. Refunding you the full amount of the class.
We reserve the right to make schedule changes when necessary. This may include last minute alterations to the teachers and style of class practice, due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that this takes place, you reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time, without charge.
For the Core will use your personal details and information in the facilitation of or services and facilities; to administer and maintain our membership records, process your application and payments and to conduct market research.
